She poured her heart into raising her children, Glen, DeWayne, Kenneth, and Kimberly. She was preceded in death by her parents, Chester Williams, and Millie Hopson Williams, as well as her son Paul DeWayne Palmer, brother Oneal Williams, and sister Ruth Avernell Pierce. Betty’s spirit lives on in the cherished memories of countless family gatherings, laughter shared under soft summer skies, and quiet moments that spoke volumes of her devotion.
