Reginald Keith Moore

1969 ∼ 2026

Reginald Keith Moore

Reginald Keith Moore, 57, of Votaw, Texas, passed away on June 26, 2026, in Cleveland, Texas. He was born on February 7, 1969, in Houston, Texas.

Reginald was a man whose life was firmly rooted in faith, family, and hard work. He loved the Lord with all his heart and found his greatest joy in the people he loved most. His quiet strength, kind spirit, and unwavering devotion to his family left a lasting impression on everyone who had the privilege of knowing him.

A gifted carpenter by trade, Reginald possessed an extraordinary talent for building with his hands and creating with purpose. Whether constructing a home from the ground up or tackling a new project, he approached every task with skill, dedication, and pride. He found peace in caring for his home and land, taking great satisfaction in maintaining a beautiful yard, raising goats, and cultivating a garden. One of his greatest joys was sharing the fruits of his labor with family, friends, and neighbors—a reflection of his generous and giving heart.

Reginald also enjoyed life's simple pleasures. He was a loyal fan of the Houston Texans and looked forward to cheering on his favorite team each season. Though he was happiest when keeping busy, he treasured quiet evenings watching his favorite television shows, including Law & Order, NCIS, and Chicago P.D.

Above all, Reginald will be remembered as a loving husband, devoted father, proud grandfather, faithful brother, and treasured friend. His legacy of faith, kindness, integrity, and selfless love will continue to live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved him.

He leaves behind to cherish his memory his beloved wife, Judy Sullivan Moore; his stepsons, J.R. Fry and wife, Mira, and Buddy Sullivan; his daughters, Charmaine Bibbs and Trinna Houghton and husband, Chris; his brother, Henry Lee Moore; and his sisters, Sharon Parker, Carolyn Thomas, Debra Fontenot, and Kay Williams. He was the proud grandfather of nine grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. He also leaves behind numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members, and many dear friends whose lives were richly blessed by his love and friendship.

He was preceded in death by his father, Charles Moore, Jr.; his mother, Mackel Moore; and his brothers, Charles Michael Moore, Jr. and Craig Parker.

Family and friends are invited to gather for visitation on Thursday, July 2, 2026, from 11:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. at Faith and Family Funeral Services. A celebration of Reginald's life will begin at 12:00 p.m. with Pastor Chris Houghton officiating. Interment will follow at 1:30 p.m. at Votaw Cemetery, with Pastor J.R. Fry officiating.

Though his presence will be deeply missed, the love he shared, the lives he touched, and the faith he lived by will remain a lasting legacy for generations to come.
