Obituary

Rosalie Opal Hayes of Liberty died on Thursday, December 7, 2017, at Liberty-Dayton Regional Medical Center. She was 89.

A native of Excelsior Missouri she had lived in Liberty and Dayton most of her life and was a nurse and member of Maranatha of Mt. Belvieu.

She was preceded in death by her daughters Karen Morris and Penny Ervin two brothers and two sisters and her loving companion Coco.

Survivors are a son Tim Hayes of Liberty Lonnie and Larry Houk of Missouri. Daughter Polly Carlisle of Missouri. Grandchildren Melanie Williams, Miranda Morgan, and Melissa Fields and numerous great-grandchildren.

Interment will follow at 2:00 P.M. Saturday, December 9, 2017, at Fairlawn Cemetery in Liberty.
