Sondra Dee Blaylock

Sondra Dee Blaylock, a truly sweet and loving woman, passed away peacefully on July 12, 2026, in Beaumont, Texas. She was born on January 13, 1961, in Liberty, Texas.

Sondra had a heart for serving others and was always willing to lend a helping hand to anyone in need. She was known for her kind, generous spirit, her selfless nature, and the love she poured into her family and friends. She also had a wonderful sense of humor and loved making people laugh. A woman of strong faith, Sondra loved the Lord and shared that love and faith with her children throughout their lives.

Music brought her great joy, especially blues and rock, and she was never afraid to turn it up loud. Above all, Sondra treasured her family. Being "Grandma" to her grandchildren was one of her greatest blessings, and she cherished every moment she spent with them.

She leaves behind to cherish her memory her daughter, Tonya Hill and husband Benjamin and her son, J Blaylock; her beloved grandchildren, Brody, Lorelai, Cody, Briana, Jason, and Chase; her sisters, Tammy Summers and husband, Dale, and Denice Davis; her nephews, Robert Davis, Billy Smith, Josh Smith, and Chris Smith; as well as numerous other loving family members and dear friends.

Sondra was preceded in death by her father, Robert Fregia; her mother, Floy Ann Fregia; and her beloved daughter, Lindsey Blaylock.

Visitation will be held from 10:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, July 18, 2026, at Guedry Cemetery in Batson, Texas. Funeral services will begin at 11:00 a.m. at the cemetery.

Honoring Sondra as honorary pallbearers are Josh Smith, Chris Smith, Billy Smith, Robert Davis, Brody Hill, Jason Blaylock, and Chase Fleming.

Sondra's life was a beautiful reflection of love, faith, and compassion. While her family grieves her loss, they find comfort in knowing she is now at peace in the presence of her Lord. Her love will remain in their hearts forever, and her memory will continue to be a blessing to all who knew her.
