1954 ∼ 2026

Terri Louise Flowers

Terri “Nanny” Louise Flowers, 71, of Cleveland, Texas, passed away peacefully on October 29, 2026. She was born on October 31, 1954.

Terri’s greatest joy in life was her family. They were her whole world, and she treasured every moment spent with those she loved. She was a devoted family woman whose love, laughter, sassy attitude and presence will be deeply missed by all who knew and love her.

Terri had a love for life and enjoyed making memories along the way. She was a true sports fan, especially when it came to cheering on her beloved grandchildren and Houston sports teams. She loved to travel and looked forward to taking several cruises each year, always enjoying the excitement of seeing new places and experiencing new adventures. She also loved shopping and never passed up an opportunity for a good shopping trip along with a good place to eat. You could find her every Tuesday lunch and dinner eating tacos at El Burrito in Cleveland. Her precious weenie dog, Piper, held a special place in her heart and was one of her favorite companions.

For nearly 43 years, Terri dedicated herself to her work as a sales clerk at Potetz, where she became a familiar and friendly face to generations of customers and coworkers. Her years there were a testament to her dedication and the many relationships she built along the way.

She is preceded in death by her husband, J.B. Flowers; and her parents, Albert Jack Jackson and Lillie Muriel Lloyd Johnson and sister Connie Hicks.

Terri leaves behind to cherish her memory her devoted children, Christy Martin and husband Matt of Devers, Marsha Watts of Daisetta, Connie Patton of Daisetta, Bruce Flowers and wife Sarah of Many, Louisiana, and Johnny Flowers and wife Kathleen of Hardin; her cherished grandchildren, Amber Parish and husband Cody of Tarkington and their children, Jordyn (Jerdy) and Makenzy (Miki); Brittney Stuckey and husband Shannon of Cleveland and their children, Ryder (Roo) and Payten Louise (PayPay); Cohen Watts, and Zackerey Hall. Bonus grandchildren include Jennifer, Rhonda, Ronald, Courtney, Chelsea, Misty, Callie, Candance, Cheyenne, Megan, Brandon, Amanda and Mckenzie; her dear brothers, Al Johnson of Batson, and Curtis Johnson and wife Cathy of Batson; along with numerous great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, friends, and her beloved Potetz family.
